We provide bookkeeping, payroll and tax agency services to many small to medium businesses throughout the country, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, GST, tax returns, accounting and business advisory.  Bookkeepers are in a unique position of connecting at the grass roots level with clients, understanding their needs and finding solutions that work for them.  We are the trusted business adviser for our clients as we are there regularly and understand what our clients need.   Our mission is to inspire, educate and support all businesses to create success.


You would be an integral part of this journey. We juggle a lot of jobs, it is a busy office with a small team, and there are no two days the same. It’s not for the faint hearted, we do work under deadlines and it will suit people who enjoy a challenge, can put their hand to helping where needed and want to belong to a fantastic supportive team.

  • Practical knowledge of the bookkeeping and accounting principles and processes
  • Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll software (Xero being the main accounting software, but we do use with clients MYOB, Reckon etc)
  • An aptitude for numbers
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Agility – being able to jump to different tasks easily and efficiently
  • Flexibility – a must in our business
  • Self-driven – being able to self manage your workload and prioritise to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Quick learner – ability to learn and take direction. Cloud technology is constantly changing, so being open to learning and change is essential
  • Sense of humour is also a bonus!


Bookkeeper/Payroll - Part time or full time

The role of a part or full bookkeeper includes but is not limited to:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Debtor management
  • GST returns
  • Tax payments
  • Payroll processing (experience not essential as full training will be provided to the right applicant)
  • Client support
  • Some administration tasks for clients and/or the business itself

This role is on a permanent full time basis, or for two on a part time basis dependent on what works for both parties.

Rate dependent on experience and what skills you bring to the table.

Contract or Casual Accountant

The role for a Contract or Casual Accountant includes but is not limited to:

  • Annual accounts preparation
  • Tax return preparation

This role is on a contract or casual basis dependent on the flow of work.  Generally this work is flowing from May through to March on a steady basis.  You can work from home or from the office as required.
