The purpose of Financial Fitness Training is to provide business owners with support to understand what the numbers are telling you right now, and ensure you are learning to plan and make decisions relevant to your business and personal goals in a timely manner. We help you through the roadblocks and challenges, and work with you by utilising our combined expertise so you can learn how to dig deeper and manage your own financial situation.

Our Professional Consultants can help you find leaks in your cashflow and create a robust cashflow management plan that will help you improve your profit and cashflow. When you partner with the team at Ontrack, we will take the time to review your current cashflow position and create a strategy in line with your short-term and long-term goals with our Cashflow Management sessions.
We want to help our clients better manage their cashflow so they can have more money in the bank. By implementing strategies to improve both cashflow and profit, they can set their business up for success. We provide for this via monthly or two monthly financial fitness sessions to conduct reviews of the potential causes and set goals and actionable steps for improvement, holding the business owner accountable to implement simple strategies to maximise cashflow.
We are not so sure that that is totally true, in fact we know it isn’t. But, having a vision, a plan or an idea of where you are going and what you want to achieve certainly makes succeeding a lot more likely. A simple business plan gives you a road map and shows you the best way to get to your destination. Without a map, you are driving by instinct and feeling your way along as you go, which means you could miss an extremely important turn in the road and arrive in a completely different place than you desire to be, or you could end up taking the scenic gravel road instead of the most direct route via the highway.

Small businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for training or coaching that helps to build the management capabilities of business owners, operators and key managers. Management Capability Development Vouchers are only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP) Growth Advisors.
Vouchers may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for management training as part of an action plan to support the business owner to
grow and innovate their business.
